Business Ethics and Integrity

Leading with Ethics, Transparency, and Accountability

Ethical conduct is central to AEL's governance culture and long-term value creation. We are guided by strong board oversight, structured governance processes, and a clear expectation of integrity in decision-making across the organisation. Our Code of Conduct and associated policies set standards on fairness, conflict of interest, insider trading prevention, and responsible behaviour. We reinforce this culture through training, secure reporting mechanisms, and robust investigation and remediation processes.
