Key Initiatives

View Policy

Ensure safe workplaces by identifying, assessing and minimising risks to the lowest practicable level using the hierarchy of controls across people, operations and infrastructure.

Conduct regular audits and facilitate assurance of OH&S programmes and take timely action on findings, to integrate learnings.

Work with the fundamental belief that all injuries and occupational illnesses can and must be prevented. Working safely is a condition of employment to meet the goal of zero harm.

Saksham Programme Contractor Safety Capability Building

Saksham, our contractor incubation and capability-building initiative, embeds Adani’s safety values, standards, and expectations across the contractor ecosystem. It mandates comprehensive safety induction before the commencement of any site activities. It emphasises continuous learning and improvement through structured feedback mechanisms, covering enterprise-wide safety requirements and local operational hazards, ensuring contractors are fully prepared to operate safely from day one.
