Respecting Human Rights Across Our Operations and Value Chain

Human rights is a foundational element of our values and business conduct. Our approach is aligned with globally recognised frameworks, including the UN Guiding Principles on business and human rights and ILO core conventions. We embed human rights considerations across governance, operations, workforce practices, and supply chains. Through due diligence, training and accountability mechanisms, we work to safeguard dignity, equality and fair treatment for all.
